On April 13, 2024, Tyler Ohta (Virginia Moms for America State Liaison) and a couple of Moms for America groups meet at the Richmond, Virginia Capitol and the Washington DC Capitol for the “Don’t Mess with Our Kid’s Event”.  Karen Hamilton (Orange County Moms for America) spoke to a group of about 300 hundred at the event located in Richmond, Virginia. Then Danielle Wingate (The Mavens, Moms for America Affiliate) helped coordinate the rally at the Washington DC Capitol, while State Liaison, Tyler Ohta (Virginia Moms for America) spoke to a group of 100 about how we need to save our kids and that Moms for America is a great way to start this process. All groups wore Moms for America T-shirts during the “Don’t Mess with Our Kid’s Event.”​
