On Independence Day, July 4th, 2023, Shelley Schnieder (Group Leader for Iron County, Utah Moms for America) gathered her mothers and daughters group to hand out Moms for America Pocket Constitutions at their Fourth of July parade. Shelley also included the Liberty Camp Kids to help out in this event.

On August 5, 2023, Shelley Schnieder (Iron County Moms for America Group Leader) attended a “I love America” Brave books story time event in Utah. At this event, a bunch of families came together and sang, “God Bless America”, had a prayer and did the pledge of allegiance. Then they read three different storybooks with an activity or song between each. One of the activities was a ‘God Bless America’ coloring page.  

After this event, as a community, they decided to create a local county, “I love America Story Time” Facebook page. This Facebook page will allow any library within the county to post any events they are doing. Shelley’s community goal is to try to have a least one America Patriotic story time a month in their county.
