On September 1, 2023, Florida Moms for America hosted an event called, “A Concert for Hope” featuring Eric Genius. Rebekah Ricks (President of Florida Moms for America) setup a Moms for America table to provide information to the attendees as well as a backdrop to take pictures in front of. This day was also celebrated with music from Eric Genius, an award ceremony, and inspirational speeches.

September 5th through the 7th, 2023, President Rebekah Ricks (Florida Moms for America) attended multiple events. These events were Hope Florida, the Florida Children and Families Summit and the Governors Faith Counsel.

On September 14, 2023, President Rebekah Ricks (Florida Moms for America) attended the annual forum of Victoria’s Voice speaker Training called, “Save our kids”.

On September 18th, 2023, President of Florida Moms for America, Rebekah Ricks, Ali Hopper (Florida Moms for America State Liaison), and her dedicated members went to Tallahassee, Florida during Committee Week. These women engaged in fruitful dialogue with Florida’s state representatives. They discussed their legislative priorities for the upcoming session, aimed at fortifying the pillars of Faith, Family, and Freedom in the Sunshine state. Rebekah and her team also were seeking sponsorship for crucial legislation on: A Grooming Bill and FCC Standards Bill. Through these conversations they were bridging the gap between their homes and the halls of governance, ensuring that the voices of Florida’s mothers are heard loud and clear.

On September 25, 2023, President Rebekah Ricks (Florida Moms for America) had a meeting with Secretary Michelle Branham, Florida Director of Elder Affairs. Rebekah also had a personal tour of an organization called, “One More Child”. Their mission is “to provide Christ-centered services to vulnerable children and struggling families”.

On September 27, 2023, President Rebekah Ricks (Florida Moms for America) attended the One step away training which is the Florida Moms for America prison Initiative-Second Chance for success. In the picture are fire fighters that Rebekah and her group recruited to teach in the prisons CPR, first aide, and life skills. Florida Moms for America is approved for 56 prisons across Florida. They are also approved to do a documentary in the prison on this Initiative.

On September 30, 2023, President Rebekah Ricks (Florida Moms for America) attended the Camp Gilead Fundraiser. Rebekah also presented awards to Sen Kelly Stargel and Rep Canady.

On October 9, 2023, President Rebekah Ricks (Florida Moms for America) finally received a seat at the Florida School Music Association in Tampa, Florida. Rebekah uses this opportunity to use her Moms for America resources to be an advocate for Homeschool parents in her area.

The week of October 9th, 2023, President Rebekah Ricks (Florida Moms for America) attended and spoke at the “Live Free Tour with Charlie Kirk” at the University of Central Florida. Rebekah represented Moms for America and supported this Medical Freedom event hosted by Turning Point USA. One More Child organization was also in attendance.
Rebekah also attended the Governor’s Faith and Freedom Council Meeting and met with Senator Kelli Stargel, Representative Jennifer Canady as well as Representative Doug Bankson (who is sponsoring Florida Moms for America grooming bill).
