Liz Ackerman holds her Cottage Meetings weekly on Thursdays. At the December 1st, 2022 meeting, one of the moms (a Canadian by birth – she gives interesting insights) asked if her lawyer/professor husband could come and give a presentation on the Constitution. First they covered Liz’s presentation on Christmas thoughts and experiences of our Founders, and then they listened to Bill’s presentation. Afterwards, they had a potluck. As many as 10 adults, 5 children under 5, and 2 dogs were in attendance.

Our SUPER Illinois State Liaison, Tara Neilsen, drove three hours to attend the East Peoria Moms for America Cottage Meeting led by Liz Ackerman, who is not only a group leader, but also leads the monthly HomeSchool Mom2Mom webinars, and she is on the Grammy Grizzlies Advisory Board.  We love our moms and grandmas!
